• Applique Christmas tree from corrugated paper. How to make a Christmas tree out of corrugated paper with your own hands? A Christmas tree can be made quite quickly from corrugated paper.

    29.09.2019

    Christmas tree from corrugated paper it turns out lush and beautiful. On the eve of the New Year, be sure to make such a Christmas tree with your child, or maybe several, to decorate each room. This craft is the main symbol of the most beloved children's partyso it will be great new year decor dwellings, decoration of any surface, the pride of the child.

    Materials for a homemade Christmas tree:

    • Corrugated paper. Any one will do. I have thin paper, the Christmas tree turned out to be fluffy, at least a little disheveled. Made of thick corrugated paper - a more perfect version of spruce, with even, beautiful branches.
    • A barbecue stick, to which all layers of the tree are attached;
    • Double sided tape;
    • Chenille fluffy wire yellow or gold for a star;
    • Scissors, pencil, ruler, thread, glue stick;
    • Sequins for decorating the Christmas tree.

    How to make a Christmas tree out of corrugated paper: step by step instructions

    The Christmas tree consists of tiers-skirts, the more of them, the higher and fluffier the forest beauty. I made a Christmas tree from 7 layers, for them I needed rectangular pieces of corrugated paper of different sizes:

    1. 40:20 cm
    2. 35:18 cm
    3. 30:16 cm
    4. 25:14 cm
    5. 20:12 cm
    6. 15:10 cm
    7. 10: 8 cm

    If you wish, you can add a couple of large layers a few centimeters more than the first, or add one small one to the top, less than the last, seventh. But the little ones are harder to do.

    Important: you need to cut off the strip from the side of the wide part of the corrugated paper, that is, across the longitudinal stripes on it, and then the branches will be even. I cut off two parts incorrectly, as a result - the ends of the tree curled.

    Preparing layers

    When all the segments are ready, they need to be turned into "skirts-layers". To do this, take one rectangular piece, turn the narrow side towards you and fold it into an accordion, about 2 cm wide.That is, bend the strip in one direction, and then in the other.

    Press the accordion down into one continuous strip and cut the corners at the ends to make peaks.

    In the same place in the middle, secure this accordion with a thread. Just tie it, but you don't need to tighten it tightly. The main thing is to make the knot tighter so that the part does not come loose at the most inopportune moment.

    Now the sides need to be glued together to make a round skirt for the fir. You can do this with a stapler, perhaps with glue, but my favorite is to work with double-sided thin tape. Glues everything together instantly and thoroughly. I glued a strip of scotch tape on one side of the accordion and on the other side, removed the top film and connected it to the opposite side of the accordion.

    I also did it with the other side to get a round detail - the lower tier of the Christmas tree made of corrugated paper.

    Make 6 more such tiers according to the indicated sizes (or your desired), but the width of the accordion can be decreasing, slightly less than 2 cm.

    Assembling the Christmas tree

    Fold the chenille fluffy wire in a zigzag manner to make 5 peaks, and there is also some wire left to attach to the kebab stick.

    Complete the sprocket by connecting the lower parts.

    Attach the star to the blunt tip of the kebab stick with a small piece of double-sided tape.

    On the sharp tip, put all the layers of the herringbone. Only since the top is already ready, you need to start with the smallest tier and finish with the largest.

    Well, the fluffy tree made of corrugated paper is ready. For stability, I stuck it in a piece of Styrofoam. But you can think of some other support. For example, cut a plastic cup, put plasticine on its bottom, stick in a Christmas tree, and put cotton wool on top. Or there are such small containers of wax that can also be a good support for the Christmas tree.

    Hang toys on the tree, that is, glue, using a glue stick, multi-colored sequins.

    I also advise you to make another fluffy beauty -.

    The first frosts came and people began to think about New Year... This family holiday is loved by adults and children. Parents remember that they were once small. Children these days live in anticipation of gifts from Santa Claus. In festive chores, in order to decorate your home in an original way or to make a gift for a dear person, you need to carve out time to make a gift with your child together. It will be a voluminous tree made of corrugated paper.

    A voluminous Christmas tree made of corrugated paper, made by hand, will delight people if you make its base correctly. To do this, you need to make a cone from Whatman paper. This material is dense, holds its shape well, and can be easily glued. It will be convenient for a child to work with him.

    What is required to make a green Christmas tree:

    • album sheet or whatman paper;
    • stapler;
    • corrugated, green paper;
    • pVA glue or paper;
    • scissors.

    Manufacturing progress:

    1. To make a tree trunk, we roll up a cone using the bag method. We glue or fasten with a stapler. If the base is not even, then trim it with scissors.

    3. If the width of the cut strip is 6 cm, then apply glue in a circle to the base from the bottom at the same distance. Pay attention to the trunk, it should not be visible. Glue the strip green paper to the trunk and immediately make folds. The more in number there will be, the more magnificent the tree will come out.

    4. Using this method, we glue the entire tree to the top. This operation can be performed in two ways: stick the strip in a spiral or in rows.

    5. A voluminous corrugated paper tree is ready. It remains only to add additional volume. To do this, carefully stretch the edges of the paper along the entire length.

    6. It turns out a real forest beauty. Additionally, let's add a decoration in the form of stars.

    When decorating a Christmas tree, you can show your imagination, use small balls, rain, sparkles, light garlands.

    Other options for Christmas trees

    Idea number 1. New Year's beauty.

    Progress:

    1. We make a conical base of the future Christmas tree out of whatman paper.

    2. Cut strips 3 cm wide and 10 cm long, fold them in half and turn them a couple of times at the fold. This is how a blank for a Christmas tree is obtained. Their number depends on the size of the tree.

    3. Take the blanks, spread the straight double edge with glue and glue it on the whip so that the cone does not show through.

    good day dear friends... We continue to prepare for the new year and prepare crafts for this holiday that can be easily turned into gifts. In the last article, we analyzed it in general, and today we will create Christmas trees in a narrow profile. Link to previous article.

    Today's crafts will be exclusively made of paper. And there are so many instructions that even a child can cope with the creation of a Christmas tree with a normal approach. And if it seems a little to you, then you can try to make or create it yourself.

    In the meantime, we will start creating beautiful forest beauties that will decorate your home throughout the holidays. And if you make a few pieces, you can assemble a whole fairy forest on the window.

    Take a regular sheet of paper. Of course, ideally it is better to take green, but white is also suitable. We bend the sheet in two along the long side and apply the scheme shown in the photo below.

    After drawing the pattern, cut along the lines and bend it as shown below. We make three blanks, and then glue them together. It turns out very nice and stylish. I'm sure you won't see such Christmas trees anywhere else.

    The following set of templates for manufacturing will allow you to create a Christmas tree in 3D. You need to save and print templates. We draw the diagram on a sheet of paper folded in two along the long side. And then we cut it out.

    We cut out along the main contour, and where there are lines inside we only cut it. We bend the cuts at the end. Here, too, you need to make two identical blanks in order to glue them at the end and get the volume.

    If you wish, you can cut not just a Christmas tree. And a Christmas tree with a fawn or a small Christmas tree standing next to it.

    If desired, any craft can be colored to distinguish it from the rest of the Christmas trees. You can also use paints that glow in the dark.

    And here's proof that kids love to do needlework on their own.

    Here are our beauties and ready. It turned out just gorgeous. How do you like this idea?

    For the next tree, it is better to immediately take colored paper and immediately make a green Christmas tree. The tree is created from loops and curls.

    On that account, if something was not clear to you from the photo, I will leave a video clip on creating such a masterpiece.

    Origami Christmas tree (simple diagram for children with a description)

    Many people know how to fold various figures from a sheet of paper since childhood. Well, remember the airplanes or boats made all this is a simple origami technique. And I just can't help but tell you that you can make a Christmas tree using the origami technique.

    In order to fold the tree, you need to find an old book without a thick cover or a written notepad. Found it? Now let's continue, we wrap all the pages from the left corner to the middle. And so everyone. Therefore, a book that is too thick will not work.

    After that, we fold all the pages into a bag again.

    The lower tail will need to be trimmed with scissors. Try to do everything slowly and carefully.

    The product is completely finished. It remains only to straighten all the pages and sprinkle with sparkles.

    And how is this idea. The herringbone is made a little more complicated, but it turns out more beautiful. First, practice on a white sheet, and then when you understand the whole process, you can do it from green.

    The next beauty can be offered to be done to the kids in a labor lesson in primary school... All instructions are provided below.

    You need to find:

    • cardboard or thick paper
    • corrugated green scrap paper
    • scissors
    • red paper
    • various bows
    • beads

    Production stages:

    We make a beautiful tall cardboard cone and glue it over with green paper.

    Make the strips about 10 cm long. Wrap each strip on a thin wooden stick or on a small brush to make such a bud.

    Fluff each bud and stick to a paper cone. Over a hundred of such curls will need to be made on a cone about 10-15 cm high. To decorate the Christmas tree, you can use both ready-made bows and homemade ones. Christmas balls can be made from cotton balls sprinkled with sparkles.

    If the first option is too difficult for you, I suggest another option for making a Christmas tree from corrugated paper. It is less labor intensive.

    We make the base of the Christmas tree from cardboard. Rip paper will be required in green, 18 cm wide and 2 meters long. Fold it in two along its entire length. Apply glue from the edge, leaving a free strip of 2 cm.

    Glue and pull together to make a small skirt.

    Next, with this blank we decorate our cone in a spiral. Do not forget to glue the strip to the cone. Finally, decorate with improvised toys.

    Or here's another option for making a New Year's beauty. Cut multi-colored strips 2-3 cm wide and wrap each strip with a cardboard cone to the very top.

    Or you can do it like this.

    New Year's beauty from colored paper and cardboard

    To make such a Christmas tree, you need to make some blanks, three semicircles of different diameters. On each semicircle we make small cuts to form a fringe.

    Then we twist the fringe with the help of scissors. And we glue cones from blanks. Well, further, we put on a large cone less on the average smallest. Finally, we will make a beautiful star.

    And here, a similar option, but only in the video there is a small life hack on how to quickly and beautifully cut these circles.

    But such Christmas trees will look very organic on festive table... All are made from the same paper circles of various shapes. By the way, if the question of making salads is still open for you, here are some tips.

    Wrap the resulting cone in beautiful wrapping paper.

    After removing all unnecessary, decorate the tree with improvised toys and an asterisk.

    You can also make a Christmas tree from cardboard, but we will not make cones.

    You will need to print this stencil.

    Next, we cut out the resulting stencil, apply it to the sheets of cardboard, circle it and cut it out. We fold in the middle. We make 8 identical blanks.

    We will go through the edges with a hole punch. If there is a curly hole punch, you can use it. We glue the middle with double-sided tape.

    Then we sew with white threads along the holes made. And we also cut out an asterisk.

    At the end, it is desirable to decorate artificial snow and white sequins.

    From paper circles and a wooden stick, try to make such a multi-colored Christmas tree.

    Or try using candy wrappers and magazine clippings to make the same tree. Finally, coat the tree with glue and sprinkle with flour or sugar.

    You can glue a Christmas tree from paper handprints. Preschoolers will really like this work.

    And here is another master class for creating a Christmas tree from a glossy magazine.

    And with such a Christmas tree you can decorate your workplace. You will need a green A4 sheet of paper. We cut out a triangle, make a hole in the middle with a standard hole punch. We unfold the accordion and put it on an impromptu trunk. Which can be made from the same sheet of paper rolled into a tight tube.

    Flat christmas tree with star

    When planning to make a Christmas tree with your own hands from corrugated paper, it is recommended to pay attention to the flat variation. In this case, it becomes possible to use the created craft to decorate a holiday card.

    Necessary materials:

    1. green corrugated paper measuring 10 by 15 cm;
    2. thick running paper or A4 cardboard;
    3. red cardboard measuring 5 by 5 centimeters;
    4. foil (10 by 10 cm);
    5. glue (PVA brand is recommended);
    6. scissors.

    Progress:

    1. First, the green paper is cut into thin strips. The optimum thickness of each strip is 1.5 centimeters. A white sheet of paper or cardboard is folded in half in the form of a book.

    2. Each strip of corrugated paper is cut into 4 rectangles. They must be the same size. Blanks are used to form "petals". One piece is twisted along the central part, after which it is bent in half.

    3. Blanks are glued to the front of the holiday card. The size of the tree determines the number of elements.

    5. Blanks in the form of foil and red cardboard are glued onto a corrugated herringbone.

    Now the flat corrugated paper tree is ready. If desired, you can stick it on holiday card, which will be decorated additionally.

    Christmas corrugated tree with blue decor

    First, they take the corrugated green paper and cut it 1.5 centimeters. The number of stripes depends on the size of the craft. Then the cut strips are folded very thinly. The main task is to create coniferous branches. Thick wire is carefully wrapped with cut and rolled green strips.

    Hot glue is used for gluing at this stage. According to this scheme, the optimal number of branches is created. Uniform lubrication of thick wires (including the gaps where the main adhesive ends) ensures that no spikes are made. According to the above scheme, it is recommended to create not only branches, but also the top.

    For splendor, a larger number of branches are glued to the tops (their number can reach five). The lower branches are aligned. They should not be excessively lush, because otherwise the tree will not look natural. After you manage to make a Christmas tree out of corrugated paper with your own hands, you can decorate it with a blue decor that adds elegance. It is advisable to use small Christmas balls and fluffy bows.

    On the way are magical, kind and happy New Year's days, where they give wonderful gifts. The most expensive ones are those that are made independently. Making a Christmas tree out of corrugated paper with your own hands and giving it to your loved one is not happiness.

    2. Take a roll of corrugated paper, measure 5 cm and cut off.

    3. Then we make cuts on it, a little more than half. We unfold each thin strip and twist it. To do it neatly, you need to squeeze a segment between two fingers and scroll. Do not be afraid that the paper will tear.

    4. We take the conical base, apply glue at the base and glue our blanks in a spiral to the very top. We do so that there are no gaps.

    5. Then we make a few more blanks, while gradually reducing the size of the circle. We put it on the wire.

    6. To prevent the wire from sticking out at the tops, we make a cone. We close the wire and the craft is ready.

    Merry Christmas tree

    To complete this version of the Christmas tree, you will need: several different paper molds for cupcakes, multi-colored corrugated paper and universal glue.

    The first step is to prepare the blanks. We take the molds and wrap them in corrugated paper, give the desired shape and glue them. The result will be a beautiful and bright New Year's craft.

    From ice cream sticks and rhinestones

The bottom stripes are the longest, then the size decreases. We wrap each strip with corrugated paper, glue it on a wooden one. We tie a rope to the top of the tree. It remains to decorate. And if children are involved in the process, then good mood and bright memories for all will be provided for the whole year.

    The materials are the most simple and affordable: corrugated paper, cardboard, beads, satin ribbons, PVA glue (for children's creativity) or a hot glue gun (for adults).

    There will be a cone as a base; it can be either made of cardboard (for children's creativity) or foam.

    So, let's start creating christmas trees made of corrugated paper... Consider 3 different options based on a cone.

    A fluffy voluminous tree made of corrugated paper is completely simple in technology.

    Option 1: Christmas tree made of corrugated paper petals

    1. Cut 2.5-3 cm x 10 cm strips of corrugated paper of the desired color along the corrugation lines.

    2. Twist the strip in the middle. Let's fold it in half. Make the "petal" blank convex by stretching both layers of paper in the middle of the petal.

    3. We glue the blanks on the cone in rows from bottom to top. Each next row should cover at least half the previous one. The “petals” should be bent outward. Each next row is glued in a checkerboard pattern.

    The base of the cone, if necessary, can be closed with a circle of the required diameter made of corrugated paper.

    The Christmas tree is ready! It can be decorated according to your wishes.

    Option 2: a Christmas tree made of corrugated paper “shuttlecocks”

    For such a Christmas tree, you will additionally need: a thread and a needle.

    1. If necessary, close the base of the cone (if the base is a foam cone).

    2. Cut long strips of 3-4 cm wide from corrugated paper and assemble them on a thread.

    3. Glue the assembled tape to the cone in a spiral, starting from the bottom.

    4. The curved crown can be made with a 3mm diy wire. We wrap the top of the head with paper in a spiral and bend it.

    5. We glue decorations on the "shuttlecocks". And decorate the top with a large bead and ribbons.

    "Shuttlecocks" can be glued either in a spiral or in rows, alternating colors.

    Option 3: a herringbone made of corrugated paper by facing

    For this version of the Christmas tree, it is more convenient to use a cardboard cone. You will also need a pencil or empty pen case. With PVA glue, it is better to use a pen case or a pencil of a light shade of color so as not to stain the paper.

    1. The paper must first be cut into strips 3 cm wide, and then each strip should be cut into 3x3 cm squares.

    2. Place one square on your left index finger. You have a pencil in your right hand. Place the blunt part of the pencil in the middle of the paper and scroll the workpiece, pressing it with your fingers, as if wrapping a pencil with a paper square.

    3. Let's start to "trim" our tree. We dip each "flower" in glue and place it on the surface of the cone, pressing it slightly, remove the rod. I will glue in a spiral, so I immediately outlined the markings on the cone.

    You can use one color or make the tree multi-colored. Imagine !!!

    4. The Christmas tree is ready! Jewelry - optional!
