- Just at this moment, it is good to take a few deep breaths and exhalations in order to completely go into a relaxed state and let go of the fuss. You can perform 3-5 such breaths and exhalations. Then we relax the chest. Then arms and legs.
- Now imagine in the form of a number from 1 to 100, how many percent you take responsibility for your life at the moment. Attention. A certain figure will immediately come into your head, true for you right now.
Trust yourself and your inner self, which has long been waiting for direct communication with you. Do not turn on the mind, do not try to analyze - just see this number. This is the degree of your today's awareness.
And that's how much you can change the events of your life now, if you want.
What does the remaining percentage mean? This is something that is not in your power now: accidents, bad luck, coincidences of circumstances that you cannot influence.
It turns out that you shifted the responsibility for their decision from yourself to someone else. And we can change reality only through ourselves, through our awareness.
Why develop mindfulness and to whom?
Those who wish to independently stand at the helm of their own lives. It is in this case that the percentage of responsibility must be constantly increased, and with it awareness.
To do this, it is important to remember every minute that the swearing neighbors behind the wall are you and your inner hidden conflict and. That an ear that suddenly hurts is actually an inner pain of the soul, which has found a way out in ear pain and this is in fact an acute unwillingness to hear something or someone.

How to develop mindfulness - 6 easy steps.

Sometimes they fantasize and even hover in the clouds. Both of them lose the most valuable thing in life - a moment of real life itself. - Step three. You need to learn to consciously accept everything that happens in your life with gratitude. Such a skill is simply necessary for a conscious life. Because everything that happens to a person on the path of life has its own specific tasks and they are sent to a person for the good.
As a rule, any tests, difficulties are given to an individual, so that the personality evolves and undergoes training in the best possible way. Difficulties, troubles - this is how they should be treated in a similar way. Passed the lesson and went happily on.
