Buteyko, any diseases associated with the respiratory organs (asthma, etc.), diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and many others are easily cured. The actual treatment procedure consists in the fact that the patient, under the supervision of an instructor, reduces the depth of his breathing for several hours a day. Sometimes treatment gives a strong exacerbation of the disease, which is recommended to be removed with medication. But after an exacerbation, a sharp improvement in well-being usually occurs.

    It must be said that the ideas of K. Buteyko's method fundamentally diverge from many other generally recognized healing methods based on deep breathing and the use of oxygen-saturated air (mountains, coniferous forest). What is the internal mechanism of action of this method?

    K. P. Buteyko, as an obvious materialist, put forward a biochemical version of the method. But there are likely many other factors at play as well. The same requirement of deep assimilation of the theory of method suggests the explicit use of autosuggestion. After all, it would seem, take it and breathe shallowly, what does the theory have to do with it? No, without mastering the theory, recovery goes badly.

    We know that for a quick recovery it is necessary to activate the protective (immune) system of the body. Most likely, this is what happens when breathing is restricted.     Inhalation and exhalation is carried out through the simulator, which, with the help of special valves, creates difficulty for breathing, therefore, when inhaling, the pressure in the lungs decreases, and when exhaling, it increases. In addition, when we inhale, we draw in part of the carbon dioxide from the previous exhalation, that is, in every possible way we reduce the oxygen content in the inhaled air.

    When working with the device, a special type of breathing is used, which is called "endogenous". It consists of the shortest inhalation and the longest exhalation. But this is how the initial stage of mastering the simulator looks like, and then breathing becomes even more complicated. The exhalation is even more stretched and turns into a series of micro-breaths lasting 1-2 seconds. and microexhalations lasting 5-6 sec. each.

    V.Frolov himself is able, after inhaling, to exhale this portion of air with microexhalations for 30 minutes. Since a person really cannot exhale for 30 minutes after one breath, then, V. Frolov concludes, he himself produces air in his lungs! A bold hypothesis, but most likely fantastic. We have already said that yogis can hold their breath for several hours, and at the same time, apparently, they receive energy from the environment through the chakras. Most likely, V. Frolov has some similar processes, which he is trying to find his own explanation for.

    Naturally, in reality, air enters and exits through the nose or mouth. But if you concentrate your inner gaze at a certain point of the body, then you will get the complete impression that the air enters and exits through this place. At the same time, the energy supply of the organ through which we "breathe" takes place.

    You can diversify the types of this breath. For example, inhale air through the stomach, and exhale in the usual way, through the nose or mouth - this way you can create a feeling of coolness at the place of inhalation. This type of "cooling" breath is best used to relieve pain and any inflammatory process.

    Another way is to inhale in the normal way and exhale through some point of the body, used to create a feeling of warmth in a specific area of ​​the body. This breathing is best used to nourish and activate the work of a weakened organ.

I repeat: it is the principle that is important, and its modifications can be varied, to the point that after a long run or cyclocross, the size of one or another pause can be extremely small.

    What does this proportionality, this multiplicity of breathing to heart beats, practically mean? Let me explain with a very simple example. Of course, you can proceed from the time for each breath, for example, spend 6 seconds, for a delay of 12 seconds, for exhalation, say, also 6 seconds, etc. You can proceed from the pace of steps and spend three pairs of steps for each breath, for a delay six couples, etc. But it is best to base the scale on the rhythm of heart beats, that is, the most organic for a person, for each his own rhythm, which, by the way, determines the state of his psyche. So, when the basic basis is always a new size, caused by the situation of reference and load, and when breathing works in the ratio of inhalation, exhalation and pause set by it, focusing on this unconditional commander in chief, then the effect is the best.

    BREATHING BY BUTEYKO .

    I will give the simplest exercise to raise the level of carbon dioxide and oxygen in the human body. A brief history of this breathing method from a scientific point of view is that the higher the level of carbon dioxide in the human body, the more oxygen the body can absorb. Conversely, the less carbon dioxide in the body, the less oxygen the blood can bind and retain.

    This physiological feature was used by K. Buteyko, who proposed to use a simple method for the accumulation of carbon dioxide (and hence oxygen) - a volitional breath holding on an average exhalation. It is done like this. You took a normal breath, and then a medium, normal exhalation and held your breath on the exhale until a strong desire to inhale appeared. As soon as you have such a need to inhale, you do it slowly, smoothly and inaudibly. There should be no sharp, convulsive breaths. After you have inhaled like this, take 3 to 5 normal quiet breaths, and then repeat the same. And do this several times. Increase the load gradually. For example, on the first day 2 - 3 volitional delays, the next - 4 - 6, until you reach 20 - 30.

    The criterion for correct breathing will be that you will be able to hold your breath more and more as you exhale. And this means that your body absorbs oxygen better and is saturated with it. Diseases associated with a lack of oxygen will gradually disappear, and well-being will improve. Make sure that you can hold your breath for one minute at any time while exhaling.

    K. Buteyko, on the basis of experience, came to the conclusion that it is possible to use a “soft” variant of carbon dioxide intake by the body and an increase in the oxygen content in the blood and tissues of the body. To do this, it is enough to “hold” your breath. In other words, try to breathe so slowly, quietly and inaudibly that this in itself leads to a kind of breath holding and, therefore, to spontaneous accumulation of carbon dioxide.

    So, sit on a chair with your back straight and your whole body relaxed. First, breathe as you breathe, and then try to make the breath quiet and inconspicuous. This will be "holding" the breath. Breathe like this for five minutes. The next day, increase the duration by 30 to 60 seconds. Gradually bring similar breathing to 20 - 30 minutes a day.

    The criterion that you breathe correctly will be the appearance of warmth in the body, and then the performance of perspiration. This indicates that your body is being oxygenated, enzyme activity is increasing, and energy circulation is increasing. All components taken together are the best medicine for getting rid of chronic ailments. As a result, healing processes begin to take place in the body of a sick person, which are expressed in the appearance of healing crises.     I certainly combine rhythmic breathing with walking in the open air. If you don't have free time, make it a rule to never go to bed without walking 6 kilometers in fresh air, no matter what the weather.     If counting by sixes is hard for you, take fours or eights, but use them so that neither your half-hour nor your hour-long walk will tire you. Fatigue, especially at first, formally forbid yourself. The tissue of the lungs is delicate and easily fatigued by exaggeratedly deep or too frequent inhalations.

    For a weak person with tired nerves, the first two evening walks will give completely different sensations when getting out of bed in the morning; instead of weakness and lethargy - cheerfulness and strength. Think only about the breath. Just make sure that the breath goes along with the movement. Exhalation is the result of inhalation. And by nature, inhalation is weaker than exhalation. Practice active inhalation and spontaneous, passive exhalation, this maintains the natural dynamics of breathing.

    Second rule. Do not prevent the exhalation from leaving after each breath as you like, as much as you like - better through the mouth than through the nose. Don't help him. Think: “It smells like burning! Anxiety!" And the exhalation will go away spontaneously. Get carried away with the breath and movement, and everything will come out; the more active the inhalation, the easier the exhalation goes. It is impossible to inflate a tire by acting on the principle: passive slow inhalation, active slow exhalation. Therefore, it is impossible to fill the smallest airways of the lungs in this way. And in wildlife, everything that is not used dies.

    Third rule. Inflate your lungs like tires in song and dance tempo. All phrases of songs and dances are 8.16 and 32 bars. Therefore, this account is physiological. And when training movements and breaths, count by 4 and 8, and not by 5 and 10. It's boring to count mentally to yourself - sing. The norm of the lesson is 1000 - 1200 of our breaths, it is possible and more - 2000 (for heart attacks - 600).

    The fourth rule (and very important). Take as many breaths in a row as you can easily do at the moment. In serious condition - 2, 4, 8 breaths, sitting or lying down; in the normal - 8, 16, 32 breaths while standing. Get to 1000 - 1200 breaths gradually. The worse you feel, the more you do gymnastics, but rest more often, 4000 breaths a day, and not just once, is a good norm for recovery.

    Warm-up to restore the natural mobility of the nostrils.

    Stand up straight. Hands at the seams. Legs shoulder width apart. Take short, like an injection, breaths, sniffing loudly. Feel free to sound. Force your nostrils to connect as you inhale. We pinch a rubber bulb to squirt out of it. It is also necessary to pinch the wings of the nose so that air is sprayed into the body. Train for 2, 4 breaths in a row. One hundred breaths. You can do more to feel that the nostrils move and obey you.

    To better understand our gymnastics, do this exercise.

    Take steps in place and at the same time with each step - inhale. Right-left, right-left, inhale-inhale. And not inhale-exhale, as in ordinary gymnastics.

    1. turns. Turn your head left and right at the pace of steps. And at the same time with each turn - inhale through the nose. Short, like an injection, noisy - for the whole apartment. On the first day, 8 breaths in a row. There are 96 breaths in total. It is possible and twice for 96.

    2. "Ears". Shake your head as if you are saying to someone: “Ai-ai, how embarrassing!” Make sure there is no turning. Another muscle group is working. The right ear goes to the right shoulder, the left ear goes to the left. Shoulders are motionless. (Fig. 37, 38, 39).

    3. "Small pendulum". Nod your head back and forth, inhale and exhale. Think: “Where does the burning smell come from? From below? Above?" and "small pendulum" take at least 96 breaths for each movement, 8, 16 or 32 breaths in a row, as much as you can easily do. It is possible and two hundred - 192 breaths-movements of the head each. Think: “I will make my nostrils move like never before, stick together at the moment of inhalation.” (Fig. 40 and 41).

    After the warm-up, proceed to the main movements.

    1. "Cat". Remember the cat that sneaks up to grab the sparrow. And repeat her movements slightly crouching, sway to the right, then to the left. Transfer the weight of the body to the right leg, then to the left. Which way you turned. And furiously sniff the air to the right, to the left, at the pace of steps. Take two times for 96 breaths. It is possible and more. This exercise sometimes stops an asthma attack. In poor health, it should be done while sitting. (Fig. 42, 43, 44).

    2. "Pump". Hold a rolled-up newspaper or a stick in your hands, as if you were inflating a car tire. Inhale - in the second half of the slope. The slope is over - the breath is over. Since the slopes are springy, do not unbend to the end. Repeat the breaths at the same time as the bends often, rhythmically and easily. The more like inflating a tire, the better. This should be done 3-4 times a day. Make this movement - inhale more than everyone else: 3, 4 and even 5 times 96 per lesson. Inhale, like an injection, instantaneous. Of all our breath movements, this one is the most effective. Stops asthmatic, heart attacks and liver attacks, because it pumps out of it the excess bile that this attack causes. During an attack, do this movement - inhale 2, 4 breaths in a row, sitting comfortably on the edge of a chair. Plant your feet on the floor, hands on your knees, and inflate your living tires to keep them from suffocating at heart rate. Do not slow down, but rest more often and longer than doing gymnastics in a normal state. (Fig. 45, 46, 47).

    Strelnikova noticed one feature: when something hurts - sit bent over. There is a heart attack or an asthma attack, or a headache, weep from grief - we bend forward, we sit bent over. The pains are different, but the protection is the same: lean forward. This is not an accident, but a manifestation of the instinct of self-preservation.

    3. "Hug your shoulders." The lungs are conical. Narrow at the top, they widen towards the base. Therefore, if, while inhaling, you spread your arms, the air diverges in the narrow tops. If you hug your shoulders - the air fills the lungs from top to bottom, without distorting their shape.

    Raise your arms to shoulder level. Turn your palms towards you and place them in front of your chest, just below your neck. Throw your hands towards each other so that the left hugs the right shoulder, and the right hugs the left armpit, that is, so that the arms go parallel to each other at the pace of walking steps, and repeat short breaths strictly simultaneously with each throw. Think: "I'm pinching where the disease has expanded." Do 2 times 96 breaths. Stretch as much as you can easily do. Think, "The shoulders help inhale." (Fig. 48 and 49).

    4. "Big pendulum". This is a combination of the most effective movements - "pump" and "hug your shoulders." At the pace of steps - lean forward, hands reach for the ground - inhale, lean back, hands raise shoulders - also inhale. Back and forth, inhale, inhale, tick-tock, tick-tock, like a living pendulum. Do 2 times 96, starting the movement - the first hundred with a “pump”, the second with a “hug your shoulders”.

    Alexandra Nikolaevna's final explanations about her gymnastics: “From forty years of practice, I know that our gymnastics normalizes excitement, pressure and temperature. At elevated temperatures, do it lying down or sitting, at normal - standing. If you are over 60 years old - be careful: 8 breaths in a row, if you are less than 60 years old, do it boldly and measure the temperature. It will normalize after each swap, dropping by 0.5 - if it is below 39°; by 0.3 - if higher.

It has an excellent effect on the thyroid gland and blood composition; in diabetes, it reduces the percentage of sugar; in leukemia, it increases the percentage of hemoglobin, and with extraordinary rapidity. Its use is excellent in tuberculosis. It should be used with caution only for heavy cores. Start with 600 breaths per lesson, then 800, 1000, 1200, etc.

    On the 4th - 5th lessons, 2000 breaths are taken easily. If it is difficult for you, then you are making a mistake somewhere. Search. Most often, this is the desire to take in more air. Do not do this. Get angry at your illness while doing gymnastics, get angry at your weakness, and it will recede. Remember: the breath is not voluminous, but active.

    If you have shortness of breath 15-20 minutes after your workout, don't be alarmed. Continue training, but do not take 960 breaths (per lesson), but half. Rest 15 - 20 minutes - and the second half. Stop shortness of breath by turning your head, "pump" and "cat" 2, 4 breaths in a row, and continue to fight, because our gymnastics is stronger than the disease.

    After a stroke, heart attack, and other serious illnesses, gymnastics should be started by turning the head and “hug your shoulders” lying down, “pump” - sitting. Feeling better, you can stand up.

    Today, listeners stand in a circle, each group with its own methodologist. There is a development of paradoxical breathing. We must learn to breathe through the nose on compressed lungs. In this state, the muscles work powerfully, the product of sugar oxidation, carbon dioxide, is released into the blood. The blood is carboxylated.

    The concentration of carbon dioxide in the blood increases by more than 20 times. It is this circumstance that causes the expansion of hollow organs and blood vessels. And first of all - the vessels of the brain. A state similar to intoxication begins. More, more, more! Inhale! Inhale! Inhale!

    The breath must be counted. They should be held rhythmically, like music - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6,7,8 - bent a finger on the right hand, another 8 - another finger. Another 8 - a finger, etc. Every 12 fingers means conditionally a hundred breaths. Mark a hundred with a dash on the ground, or with a pebble, or a match (if you are doing gymnastics in a room). We must learn to do 800-1200 movements. Be sure to count. This is how we defeat cerebral vascular sclerosis. Breath counting is also needed for those who want to master the sexual literacy program. Without proper breathing, you will never become a strong man. Without proper breathing, one cannot master the technique of semen containment.

    We carry out the “pump” exercise by bending over and inhaling through the nose, touching the ground with our hands, as if we are pumping up the wheel with a hand pump. Exhalation through the mouth, not controlled, during extension. The diaphragm, pursed on inspiration, causes the lungs to contract and it is the upper part of the lungs that works very powerfully. This exercise also needs to be done 800-1000 times. Both exercises make a significant correction in the shape of the body. Slag collectors from the back, chest, shoulders seem to melt, leave. The second exercise strengthens the wall of the abdomen, enhances peristalsis, and helps to release the current from fecal blockages. Mucus, dust, nicotine pollution leave the lungs with phlegm during breathing exercises. All exercises are performed with closed eyes. This is necessary to save energy (50% of the total), which is usually directed to vision. Now the body will spend it on the effect of cleansing the lungs. On the other hand, no one sees anyone, marks their hundreds and spits out sputum. Never give in to "sclerosis", do not do breathing exercises without counting.

    BREATHING LIFEBY IVANOV.

    This type of breathing is practiced very little, but there is a lot of talk about it. I took the name of this type of breathing exercises from P.K. Ivanov. Here is how Ivanov himself describes this breathing: “When you need to sit down to eat (and also before dousing), you must definitely force yourself to pull air from the atmosphere, from a height in Nature through the larynx to failure. It helps the body, good metabolism. Air contains the vital force in the interests of long life.

    The technique for performing this breath is as follows: go outside, raise your head up, slightly squeeze the muscles of the anus (it feels like you “tuck your tail”) open your mouth and slowly inhale through the NOSE (and not your mouth), mentally draw air from a height. At the same time, a characteristic hissing sound occurs in the larynx. Having finished the inhalation, it is advisable to make a swallowing movement and mentally distribute the inhaled energy throughout the body, or concentrate (as if with an effort to compress) it in a sore spot or organ. By doing this, you condense the energy field, "blurred" by the disease. Doing such breathing more than 2-3 times is not recommended, but during the day it can be practiced 2-10 times. If you have a great performance, you will immediately feel a set of energy and on the third breath you will no longer be able to swallow the energy you have taken - everything is already condensed to failure.

    BREATHING ACCORDING TO DINEIKI

    Exercise 1

    Lower costal or lower diaphragmatic breathing is especially useful when it is necessary to influence the liver, spleen, kidneys, and evacuation from the intestines. This type of diaphragmatic breathing can be done while lying down, standing, and even while walking quietly.

    You need to breathe through your mouth (as if through your mouth and nose) often, as if simulating the swallowing of air by a fish thrown ashore. When inhaling, the lower ribs simultaneously expand and the stomach protrudes slightly. To control the palms are applied to the stomach and ribs on one side. Repeat this exercise from 6 to 20 - 30 - 40 times. But not dizzy! This means that the number of repetitions must be increased very gradually.

    Exercise 2

    Inhale - with the diaphragm (the stomach protrudes), and exhale - in the palm of your hand with a jet. This type of breathing is indicated for bronchial asthma, as it well reduces spasms in the bronchi.

    After a shallow breath, put your hand close to your mouth and exhale so slowly that the hand feels warm. This exercise should be performed while sitting, comfortably seated, with support for the back, relaxing the muscles as much as possible. When inhaling, you need to pay attention to the relaxation of the muscles of the legs, and when exhaling, you should feel the relaxation of the muscles of the back. When inhaling, both hands rest on the hips. Repeat the exercise many times.

    The smooth muscles of the bronchi (in bronchial asthma) are affected by frequent breathing with the diaphragm (“belly”) through the nose, but so calm that it seems from the outside that you are not breathing at all.

    Exercise 3

    Diaphragmatic breathing with exhalation, as if coughing. This type of breathing is indicated when, with circulatory failure of I-II degree, shortness of breath appears (at rest or in motion). Inhale shallowly with a diaphragm (through the mouth-nose), and exhale with a short, almost silent cough (during exhalation through the mouth) in such a way that the lower abdomen is drawn in. As soon as shortness of breath passes, you need to breathe 2-3 times harmoniously with a full type of breathing (see below for a description of this type of breathing).

    This type of breathing can be used while climbing stairs. At the same time, even those who usually stop for a breather at each site often do not feel shortness of breath. However, after any "light" rise, you should breathe deeper, activating the air.

    Exercise 4

    This breath is soothing. Sitting, slowly inhale harmoniously with a full type of breathing, imagining how fresh air fills the pulmonary vesicles.

    Hold your breath for a count of 1 - 2. Slowly exhale through your mouth in a narrow stream, relaxing your muscles, and while exhaling, imagine that a prolonged exhalation has a calming effect. Repeat 2-6 times.

    Exercise 5

    This breathing improves the circulation of the brain. Sitting, inhale slowly through the nose. While holding your breath (2 - 3 seconds), you need to stick out and lower your stomach 2 - 3 times in a row and at this time imagine that you are improving venous circulation in the abdominal cavity by movements of the diaphragm. It is necessary to exhale with an interrupted strong stream through the mouth, tilting the head down and back (the blood circulation of the brain will improve). Repeat several times.

    Exercise is shown after mental work. It improves sleep if performed after a 20-minute walk. You have to walk slowly. Breathe, stretching the inhalation and exhalation so that you do not have to strain. When you get used to breathing rhythmically while moving, you can hold your breath after inhaling (standing) (for 1-2 steps). The pause will improve coronary blood flow.

    Exercise 6

    This breathing improves thermoregulation. Sitting, relax your muscles. Slow breath (4 - 7 seconds). During inhalation, strain the muscles of the arms and legs (arms lowered along the body, fingers clenched into fists; straining the muscles of the legs, as if rising on toes). After a short breath hold (at the expense of 1 - 3), exhale while relaxing the muscles. If it is not difficult, then after exhalation it is useful to hold your breath (for 1 - 3 seconds). Repeat several times. Exercise is useful when thermoregulation is disturbed (legs and hands are cold). In these cases, it is recommended to rub the skin of the body with a dry brush after the exercise (1 - 2 minutes).

    Exercise 7

    Tonic breath. In the cold season, the exercise is performed indoors, but in the summer it can be done in the forest, in the field, on the lawn. Inhale slowly (at the expense of 1 - 7). While inhaling, raise the pelvis with support on the head and feet. At the end of the inhalation, lie on your back and hold your breath (at the expense of 1, 2, 3) and at the same time slightly protrude and lower your stomach 3 times. Then follows a long exhalation (at the expense of 1 - 7). If it is pleasant, then after exhalation, you can hold your breath (at the expense of 1, 2, 3). Repeat the exercise 1 - 2 times, and with skill - up to 4 times. At the height of inhalation, one must mentally say: "Nerve centers act in concert."

    Exercise 8

    Tonic breath. Sit comfortably, relax your leg muscles. The hands are on the knees. Inhale slowly through the mouth, folding the tongue lengthwise into the tube, achieving the sensation of filling all the lungs with a stream of air. During the breath delay, mentally say once: "I am now stimulating the body's regenerative forces." Exhale through the nose. Then again inhale silently through the nose with a half-open mouth. Holding your breath a little, say: "I can always be active." Exhale through your mouth with the sound: "Shhh." Repeat the exercise 3 times. This exercise is recommended to be done while lying on your back with bent legs (to relax the abdominal muscles).

    While holding the breath, when the text is pronounced, it is necessary to slightly 2-3 times alternately protrude and retract the stomach. This movement has a beneficial effect on the solar plexus.

    BREATHING ACCORDING TO DURYMANOV

    This technique is reduced to breathing in small portions: instead of one large breath, three to four short breaths through the nose and instead of a long exhalation, three to four short breaths through the mouth.

    What explains the healing effect of this breathing technique? With a very deep breath, a powerful volley of impulses goes to the corresponding center of the brain. The overexcited center reacts to this volley by constricting the blood vessels, thus raising the arterial pressure. The brain reacts in a similar way to emotional upheavals. Evolution has given us an effective counter to these overloads: crying and laughter. Breathing during laughter and crying is short, in portions - several breaths in a row, several exhalations in a row. A volley of impulses going to the respiratory center is broken. The processes of excitation and inhibition are balanced, respectively, and the pressure is balanced. That is why, having cried out after a severe shock, a person is relieved. Yes, and laughter cheers up not only in connection with emotional discharge, but also by regulating the activity of the respiratory and circulatory system.

    This breathing technique is the respiratory analogue of laughing or crying. Such breathing reduces the impact of an excessively strong emotional impulse and balances both the processes of excitation and inhibition and the pressure in the cardiovascular system.

    1 - never hold your breath at the maximum inspiration, this can lead to stretching of the lung tissue, an increase in the diameter of the alveoli, which in general will adversely affect health. If you need to take a maximum breath, then do it without delay. It is recommended to hold your breath while inhaling within 70 - 80 percent. from the depth of maximum inspiration. At the same time, the older the age, the less the depth of inspiration due to the ribs. When inhaling, work more with the diaphragm and moderately with the intercostal muscles and shoulders.

    2 - never hold your breath at the maximum exhalation, this is a sure way to disrupt the work of the heart. If you need to make a maximum exhalation, do it without delay. It is recommended to hold your breath while exhaling within 70 - 80 percent. from maximum exhalation. The weaker the heart, the smaller the expiratory delay. While exhaling, work more with the diaphragm - this massages the internal organs and the heart.

    How fair are these recommendations? If we turn to the experience of yoga, then the main breathing exercise is performed as follows - 1:4:2. Where 1 is the time of inspiration; 4 - holding the breath on inspiration, 4 times the time of inspiration; 2 - expiratory time is 2 times more than inhalation time. There is no exit delay. A full slow exhalation is made and immediately inhaled. Everything is physiological inside and out.

    Two conclusions follow from this.: the larger the surface of the lungs, the more free electrons can enter our body; the longer this surface is maintained, the more electrons penetrate into the body. Now the rhythm of breathing 1:4:2, proposed by the ancient yogis, becomes clear to us. The main thing when inhaling is to completely straighten the lungs, but not to stretch. Holding the breath while inhaling allows you to pass the maximum amount of free electrons through the pulmonary membranes, and the duration of the delay allows you to activate receptors inside the body and lungs, as a result of which they absorb and transmit electrons to the acupuncture system much better. The task of exhalation is to expel as much as possible from the lungs of air that does not contain free electrons (aeroions), but at the same time not to wash out carbon dioxide. Therefore, the exhalation is twice as long and quieter with the diaphragm pulled up.

    And another important clarification. Breathing is also activated during physical work. For example, running. The same mechanisms are involved: through the nose - the hypothalamus, etc., and through the lungs - the acupuncture system of the nose is not involved and we have no effect in accumulating energy and strengthening the niches of the nose. Why? When a person runs or physically works, the kinetic energy of the electrons is spent on keeping the enzymes active, i.e. they are immediately dissipated in the form of heat. Another thing is when a person sits motionless and performs breathing, gradually stretching the breath hold on inspiration, which allows delivering an increased amount of free electrons to the body. Since they are not consumed, they circulate in the acupuncture system, which leads to an increase in its power. More energy accumulates in the chakras, the acupuncture channels thicken, the plasma body (pranic body) expands and condenses. That is why static training in Yoga and Qigong (standing like a pillar) is valued higher than dynamics. Therefore, even if you are immobilized by the disease, but you can breathe, you have excellent chances to saturate your body with energy by breathing properly and overcome your illness.

We include specific devices capable of capturing the most subtle of the subtlest sensations. What exactly are we listening to right now? I remind you: the difference between the state of separateness and the much more powerful biofield content that arose as a result of joint vibrations of those who joined with you in the network of “one-year-olds”. When you listen to yourself, from the depths of memory there will arise that feeling of causeless joy that accompanied your school years and which, as you can now understand, was caused by the emergence of a general resonance of your perceiving structures equally tuned to the vibrations of the Universe.

    Now I will ask the extreme ones in their groups to connect to the extreme members of the neighboring groups: we will thus form a closed chain of twelve groups, selected according to the principle of the greatest correspondence to one another, and we will thus become like a giant Leiden jar, that is, a battery consisting of many plates. Our difference from the named battery is that the energy that has arisen in this informational ring will not decrease with the passage of time, will not be consumed, but, on the contrary, will constantly increase. While maintaining the integrity of the common chain, consisting of twelve blocks, we will feed it all at once, increasing the total supply. How?

    Let's do the exercise: hands are still closed, we close our eyes and with all possible clarity we imagine that in the course of the chain transfer, clockwise, first a weak, and then an increasingly powerful vortex flow begins to rotate. This white whirlwind has already captured all of us and, rotating in a spiral, rises into the sky like a funnel. We increase its scope, we raise higher and higher the level of its top. We sit silently, with our eyes closed, we perceive the growing energy that rotates around our ring, reaching a degree of almost really perceptible density.

    Well, we worked on the level of a wonderful collective meditation. Let's continue pumping through meditative, also general, work, but now aimed individually at each: let's perform the already known exercise of pumping each of us alternately with the power of the Cosmos, then with the power of the Earth with the help of a piston that goes up and down inside our shell, which is a cylinder open to influences both from above and from below. Let's do this exercise with full concentration on changing the color of the substance pumped through us at least three times.

    Now let's proceed according to the scheme already known to us to the excitation of bioactive points. After a fun focused work with them, we conduct a control measurement and make sure that our potential, in comparison with that with which we came to the first lesson, has increased neither a little nor a lot, but “only” 10 times!

    At this level, at this rise in our energy, in fact, the warm-up could have been completed, but I want to consolidate the skills that we reached last time by repeating.     An excellent healer Anatoly Malovichko drew my attention to the fact that the so-called Jesus Prayer, when repeated many times, also plays the role of a mantra. The Philokalia sets forth the principles of "inner prayer of the heart." Here is this extremely brief prayer: “Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me, a sinner!” And here are the principles that allow this concentration of Christian faith to introduce a person into a special, meditative state:

    “Imagine your heart, direct your eyes, as if looking at it through your chest, and imagine it as vividly as possible, and listen carefully with your ears to how it beats and strikes time after time. Thus, with the first heartbeat, say or think - Lord, with the second - Jesus, with the third - Christ, with the fourth - have mercy, and with the fifth - me. And repeat this many times. Then, as you get used to this, then starting to bring in and bring down the entire Jesus Prayer in your heart, with breathing, as the fathers teach, that is, drawing in the air, say, imagine: “Lord Jesus Christ,” and emitting from yourself: “have mercy on me !". Do it yourself more often and more, and you will soon feel a subtle and pleasant pain in your heart, then warmth and thaw will appear in it.

    That this is really about concentration of attention is evidenced by the following warning from The Philokalia:

    “But at the same time, beware in every possible way of representations in the mind that appear to be of any kind. Do not accept any imaginations at all, for the fathers strongly command to preserve formlessness during inner prayer, so as not to fall into delusion.

    The holy fathers, however, advise to pronounce the words of the prayer 7 times 7 times. With such a number of repetitions, especially important centers are revived. The action from repeated repetition of prayer includes the regulation of all healing processes in the body, and healing will go on increasing. These recommendations contain many of the ways we need to focus on one thing that is really important to us, contain methods for turning off attention and combating distraction. I believe, regardless of whether we are believers or atheists, this beautiful Orthodox prayer can significantly advance us along the path we have taken.

    I especially want to focus on the words “begin to introduce and exhaust the entire Jesus Prayer into the heart with breathing, as the fathers teach,” that is, drawing in air, pronounce the first part of the formula, and emitting it from yourself, transfer your attention to its second part. Why is this indication important for us, in addition to its direct instructive orientation? Along with it and above it, there is a value inherent in this instruction, which, in general, cannot be determined at a real price - it is so great. I mean that amazing, one hundred percent coincidence in the methodology, born in the circles of initiated people in Russia, with those methods that come from the East: there, entry into a meditative state through concentration on the breath has always been of paramount importance. And if recommendations similar to one another come from different parts of the world, from different centuries, from different cultures, from different worldview paradigms, it means that objective reality itself is behind them. This means that behind them is a proven and reliable, outwardly simple way to launch very complex processes. Processes that, as we understand, are aimed at releasing all the possibilities, all the previously suppressed transceiver systems of a person.

    So we will begin special classes to turn off the "concrete mixer", primarily with the help of exercises related to breathing. It should be clear to us that specially organized breathing requires not just special attention, but attention, long in time. That our everyday breathing, which is easiest to depict on a graph in the form of saw teeth, that is, inhalation-exhalation, does not require any concentration of attention and is simply harmful, since it does not involve all the functional systems of our body associated with air exchange to a small extent. . And the fact that we, using this “saw”, manage to create something else in life, only testifies to the enormous margin of safety that is laid in us by Mother Nature. However, access to qualified breathing requires concentration of attention on the accuracy of the execution of the elements that make it up: whether it is yoga breathing, Vietnamese breathing, according to Strelnikova, according to Buteyko, whether it is qigong in all its varieties and many others - all these are already multi-component structures, the consistent construction of which requires from a person focused on them.

    Our meditation sessions, thanks to the work with breathing, we will firmly and firmly connect with our own recovery. And let's start the concentration of attention with those types of breathing that I have repeatedly described in my books (“Healing of a Man”, “Your Magical Breathing”, etc.).

    This - energy breathing number one, as I call it, and energy breathing number two is also in my designation.

    I recall the performance of energy breathing number one. Its graph resembles the drawing of a fortress wall: the rise of a tooth is inhalation, the platform of the tooth is a pause, moving down the tooth is exhalation, the gap to the next tooth is a pause, etc.

    Despite the fact that real breathing is carried out by inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, at the level of mental images we breathe through the solar plexus, that is, we draw in prana (or energy, qi in Chinese) through the solar plexus; during a pause, we form an energy ball in the solar plexus like a whitish cloud; on exhalation, we directly transport this cloud to the organ that needs support most of all at this moment - for example, in the heart; and during a pause, we dissolve the transferred energy ball in the organ where it was delivered.

    It is best to carry out energy breathing number one, looking at and absorbing with the power of imagination such huge energy carriers, the power of which is incommensurably greater than ours - for example, the sun, cloudy sky, sea, thicket, river, mountain, in extreme cases - on clumps of trees, and, of course, it is best to absorb prana into the solar plexus from the entire boundless Universe surrounding us, looking around all this wonderful window (of course, not limited to the stone jungle). I have repeatedly said and written that energy breathing number one allows you to get the greatest effect during movement, jogging, especially during active movement up the traction, optimally - no steeper than 30 degrees.

    Meditation 3. Energy cloud

    Now we will do a meditative exercise, which is one of the number one modifications of energy breathing. Close your eyes and start. Imagine that all this is done while jogging. So, inhale through the solar plexus, pause during which we form an energy cloud in the solar plexus, then exhale directly and transport this cloud to the heart, and during the pause, dissolve the cloud in the heart, absorbing the received particle of world energy by the heart. A new breath through the solar plexus, then - the formation of an energy cloud, then - the sending of this cloud is no longer in the heart, but in the spleen, in the left hypochondrium, that is, we carry out each new message as if in a clockwise direction and during a pause we dissolve the energy, obtained in this way in this important hematopoietic organ. And then we practice like this: sequentially after the spleen, we work out the zone of the small intestine, the genitourinary system, then we rise along the dial to the gallbladder and liver, we rise higher and work on the right lung, then we move clockwise and saturate the thyroid gland with the world energy obtained in this way , then - the headquarters of immunity - the thymus gland, the left lung and, in the end, we return to square one, again to the heart. But before starting a new circle of movement of the arrow on the dial, we will work out the center, that is, we will send energy to the stomach, to the pancreas, and men - also to the prostate gland.

    In principle, you should gradually switch to energy breathing number one as a constant, working in automatic mode. When it is brought to automatism, we will be able to slip into meditation at the slightest desire, at the slightest opportunity, because after this act there will be no resistance from the Autocrat: he has already lost his watchful vigilance in relation to this constantly acting factor of being. .

    Other modifications of energy breathing, which allows both to add health and concentrate attention, thus preventing the chaotic rattling of the “concrete mixer”, we will find a case to practice in other classes. And now we will strike while the iron is hot, and we will work out a much more complex energy breath number two. Its internal complexity lies in the fact that it is like a double-acting pump: when we inhale, we receive and send energy to where something needs to be supported, strengthened, and when we exhale, we remove painful information from where it takes place, or eliminate, dematerialize something that is superfluous, harmful to our body.

    The technique of performing the second energy breath is not easy and requires special concentration of attention.

    So, we begin to work: both inhalation and exhalation are carried out by the mouth. On inspiration, we simultaneously protrude the peritoneum and carry out the entrance of pranic energy through two fists folded in a tube one in front of the other near the eyebrows, that is, at the “third eye”. It is recommended to inhale twice, with additional air pumping, and with a fairly loud whistling sound, through the lips folded in a tube. During this extended two-beat inhalation, we send the energy ball to where there is a need for either new information or new energy. Example: let's say you need to support a heart - the flow from the "third eye" is directed precisely to this long-suffering organ; let's say a thin girl is embarrassed either by her barely hatched breasts, or by a very small ass, or, for example, a certain bodybuilder would like his deltoid muscles to look cooler. In all these cases, the mental image of additional energy is sent to these places during the pause between inhalation and exhalation, and the information or energy received through the “third eye” (depending on the need in each specific case) dissolves according to the address given to it.

    Now - attention! Before we start exhaling, we mentally switch the lever and start working with another organ or with another system, or with another task - now for pumping out, for throwing out, for eliminating what is not needed. For example: someone is bothered by cystitis in the bladder, and someone has already "got" a lush layer of fat deposits on the stomach and loins. So, we are concentrating and, issuing a long, long exhalation through the mouth, at the same time we tighten the stomach and at the same time, through the mental image, we expel from ourselves what hinders us. We expel through the surface of the body closest to the place that we "operate".

    Any Thomas the Unbeliever can roar obscenely, pointing his finger at a person who purposefully works with a second energy breath both for pumping and pumping out, but, as you know, the one who laughs last laughs well.

    I myself witnessed the sincere, genuine joy of one of my cadets, who for decades suffered from such an uncomfortable binding as chronic inflammation of the bladder (you can’t go anywhere far from the toilet, you can’t leave), when for only a day and a half she was from this inconvenience released! And in fact: a healer is by no means always at hand, but here - hello: she worked herself - she cured herself (this is to the question that it is better to give a starving person not a fish at once, but a fishing rod and teach him to carry fish from rivers every time you want to eat).

    I would like to look at the face of Thomas the Unbeliever after very voluminous people, men and women, worked exactly with the second energy breath in one of the clubs located in the Merry Village. They worked for three hours, and the result was for two winners, men and women, minus 5 kilograms each! Here you have the ephemeral power of breathing: in one case, through it, you can increase the weight, in the other, reduce it, as you like.

    But I just want to add that it is pointless to practice the second energy breath for less than five minutes in a row (those fat men, I remind you, worked for about three hours in a row) and besides, in the so-called field conditions - for example, during a meditative run or while in the theater - you can do not build a tube of two fists on your forehead, but absorb pranic air through the point between the eyebrows.

    So, let's do the whole ritual of energy breathing number two for meditative purposes.

    Meditation 4. Pump

    We substitute a tube of two fists to the space between the eyebrows and agree in advance that we are all working together with similar goals on the same organ when nourishing, and on the same organ common to all when cleaning. We started: a double breath through the mouth, the stomach protruded during the breath, the information-energy flow went to the heart. Pause, we dissolve the entire amount of information received for recovery in the heart. Now we switch our pump to the expulsion of what we do not need - say, excess fat in the lower abdomen. A long exhalation, the abdominal wall is drawn in, and due to the very active work of the mental image, towards it, the stock of “social savings” that we do not need is striving outside. I ask you to work so that when you inhale with a whistle, everyone can hear the breath. We work for at least five minutes ...

    Let's continue work. Now we will get acquainted with another system for turning off the "concrete mixer" - also through breathing, but, in this case, with the help of such a system, which, I believe, most of you did not know about before. We will practice Zen breathing now. Its practice dates back many centuries, and the technique has been worked out to the subtleties. Classical Zen breathing involves the performance of the four elements of the obligatory ritual:

    1. During breathing, the lower abdomen, in accordance with inhalations and exhalations, walks back and forth.

    2. During this meditative breathing, the gaze should be inseparably focused on one fixed point. The light in the hall is off, and we will agree that we are constantly looking at this glass of water, which I put right under the beam of a weak side lamp. The glass seems to be filled to the brim with light; we breathe without taking our eyes off this bright spot.

    3. Breathing should be intermittent. In Zen terminology, it is called "bamboo"; our wellness innovators refer to this style of breathing as sobbing. That is, in jerks, with stops, we both take in air and let it out. The physiological meaning of this style is clear: it completely removes emotional stress. It is not for nothing that we breathe intermittently when we cry from grief, and laugh from joy.

    4. All our attention, especially on exhalation, is concentrated in the lower abdomen, we clearly imagine that we are pumping ourselves, with the help of Zen breathing, with gigantic power, as if we were charging a highly capacious battery. I want to note here that this zen breathing is a favorite exercise of the giant wrestlers of the Japanese sumo system: having thus gained tremendous strength, they then, like a tornado, rush at the same giant opponent in order to throw him back and shake him with their power.

    Let's hope that my next advice will not fall into the eyes of hooligans and villains and will be used exclusively by well-meaning people. Suppose that we left our apartment, and the door slammed behind us, as in a scene from the immortal novel by Ilf and Petrov, and water from the tap really flows violently in the bathroom and is about to begin to overflow the cast-iron vessel. What do you need? Breathe hard for a few minutes as Zen breathing recommends, accumulating gigantic power in the lower abdomen. After that, it will not be difficult for you to take a few quick, energetic steps and literally drop the door with your shoulder in order to save the apartment - yours and your neighbor's, downstairs, from the flood. This is where the benefits of meditative breathing can come in.

    Well, let's work now for practice. I don't mean dropping doors, of course, but the practice of Zen breathing. We started.

    So, remember that the technical part of breathing is carried out by moving the lower part of the peritoneum back and forth, that the “bamboo” style involves intermittent inhalation and intermittent exhalation, that the force constantly flowing into the lower abdomen should be the main mental image of this meditation based on Zen breathing. I will now say a very important thing: with the help of this meditation, and perhaps some others, which will be discussed later or which you will come to on your own, learn how to focus inner attention on one point for an arbitrarily long time. In this case, we try, even closing our eyes, to see it with our inner gaze continuously - immovable, inextinguishable.

    Now, in the order of accelerated development, let's do the following exercise: that bright point that is inside our imagination, flashing impulsively, began to turn into a bright cross. Some rhythmic action is carried out: the point flashes, turning into a white cross, and again falls to its initial state. So, we carry out the pulsation of the fiery point with its rhythmic transformation into an equilateral cross and the reverse escaping of light to the point. Started!..

    After completing this exercise, I ask you to remember or write down your homework for the rest of your life: firstly, we do not spare time for training all those types of breathing that were indicated here today. Moreover, we strive to turn energy breathing number one into natural and unique for ourselves - forever. We use energy breathing number two with a sufficient degree of regularity whenever we need to correct the state of some insufficient or excess zones of our own body. And one more thing: the ability to keep a bright, clearly focused point inside your inner gaze for a long time is the path to a really very serious adjustment of both your psyche and your bodily health. On this, I hope, you will still have reason to speculate. As for the pulsation of the point and its rhythmic transformation into an equilateral luminous cross, and then its subsequent run back to the point, here I have a very convincing request to you: the horizontal part of the cross should line up in front of your gaze with the utmost severity parallel to the horizon, and the vertical one - with maximum accuracy relative to the perpendicular to the horizontal line.

    We will constantly refer to various techniques of meditative work in the course of our course, and now, taking advantage of the fact that we are in a wonderful, balanced state of mind, we will return to the topic of the pendulum, which we have already touched upon. Let's start with the very original technology for handling this tool.

    The string with the load is thrown over the top of the thumb, and this finger is turned to the ground in much the same way as the Romans did when they shouted “Kill him!” and with a thumbs down they voted for the victor in the gladiatorial stadium to stop the breath of the vanquished. I cited this cruel example from the not too distant past of mankind only in order to indicate as sharply and clearly as possible the position that the hand necessarily occupies, so that ideomotor movements receive maximum expression. For the same purpose, I propose to raise the elbow of the arm very rigidly to shoulder level so that through the triangle formed by the shoulder and forearm, a plane parallel to the floor could be drawn. Thus, the plumb line is vertical with respect to the horizontal plane formed by the arm bent at the elbow. His position is completely immobile. And now we are starting the necessary ritual, without which at the beginning of our journey - not a single step!

    Having completely renounced reality, introducing oneself into a concentrated trance state with the help of either meditative breathing, or having previously worked according to the scheme already known to us, when the left hemisphere is busy building a series of numbers from 1 to 30, and the right hemisphere is busy with a bright illumination on the back of the head of a large-drawn luminous series of bright numbers 1 ... 2 ... 3 ..., only after that we proceed directly to the output to the information channel.

    It’s better to ask the first question in space to start out loud: “What is “yes” today?” After sending the question, we are waiting for the answer, which, in the vast majority of cases (if we are, of course, able to hear anything), will look like this: the weight vibrates forward - backward, towards the body - away from it. It is also true that this answer may look different: in the rarest cases, the pendulum will begin to oscillate from left to right, and sometimes, in response to your question, it begins to rotate.

    Why, for the sake of academic purity, should this question be asked all the time? For the simple reason that in some individuals with an extremely mobile nervous system, the answer to the question that today is “yes” can change every two hours. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure every time you get in touch in the sign that will one way or another answer your request, figuratively speaking, to Heaven. I have already told about how one beauty ran up to me in excitement, pointing out that her plumb in response to the question of whether cigarettes were harmful to her, began to walk vigorously back and forth. “And you said, Yuri Andreevich, that tobacco is an absolute poison! It turns out that it’s not absolute, since smoking suits me.”

    Stop, I replied. - And why did you, Lyubochka, forget to fulfill the first condition of the communication ritual?

    Did you forget? - And she asked the question: "What is "yes" today?" In response, she received that today she had “yes” - the movement of the pendulum from left to right, and. therefore, its movement to the body - from the body is a purely "no". Thus, in order not to cheat, we will not neglect the first part of the ritual.

    Let's not skimp on the second mandatory part of the ritual - the question "Do I have the right to ask?". The fact is that in some situations - in fairness, I will say, quite rare - there is a ban, which I would not advise breaking, because it is imposed for the sake of our good. I will never forget, probably, how I was categorically banned from the right to ask questions when a person close to me fell seriously ill and died. Categorically, according to the widest amplitude, the forbidden movements of the Gadget lasted 9 days. Then permission was given.

    We will proceed, however, from the fact that we easily learned that the “yes” sign is traditionally permanent for us, that we are allowed to enter the data bank. What do we do after that?

    So, the objects are defined, after which we must definitely ask the question (better out loud): “Does this object suit me?”

    You will not need any tension, for I ask you to begin the cycle of training with items that are unambiguously defined: the first is poisonous to our body, contains dozens of life-threatening resins and other harmful substances, the other is a symbol of life itself.

    And now let's continue the strategically important topic about the stability and flawless operation of our transceivers. Yes, theoretically we are able to work miracles, but the question is: why are they carried out in reality so rarely? Yes, because imperfect, polluted, skewed, unregulated, those richest, according to the Creator's plan, devices that we are equipped with from birth, work out of order. And once again, to refresh my memory, I will return to the small miracles that I told about, talking about the collective actions of a group of like-minded people who once trained in a meditative run in the Suzdal Lakes region, not far from the Ozerki station. In order for the desires postulated by this group to come true, it was initially necessary that the people who produced these desires had a sufficiently high level of physical perfection, were distinguished by a strong and pure spirituality, and were harmonious.

    I believe that those miracles performed by the saints, the stories of which have come down to us through the centuries, and even through the millennia, were actually performed by people of special inner harmony. The episode with the energy-measuring frame, unexpectedly for me, rapidly spinning around the relics (that is, bones) that had lain for almost a millennium (as it turned out, belonged to such an outstanding person as Nestor the Chronicler), I think, will never leave my memory. What am I getting at? To the need for constant efforts directed by each of us to improve, improve the health of all, without exception, systems that participate in the energy-information exchange of man and the Universe, practically about a holistic approach to one's health. What are the stages of recovery? I wrote about this in The Concrete Book of the Healer and The Healing of Man and suggested there that we repair the whole organism, based on a single plan for its reconstruction.

    Of course, in each individual case, with each pronounced disease, a person should be treated taking into account his specific anomaly. However, it always makes sense to take out of the brackets the general, which, if applied, would make it possible to repair health in general. Before understanding the most common multipliers, we will still rise, and, I hope, during the development of this particular course on the theory and practice of meditation, we will be able to not only understand them theoretically, but also try to implement them practically.

    I explain: all the opportunists living in our body, of course, feed on our proteins and our fats - naturally, animals in their (our) origin. And here is the idea: what if this whole bloodthirsty, hated horde is transferred to plant food alien to it; But what if we significantly change the composition of the environment in which it lives?

    No sooner said than done! Now I will tell about the path that I followed on the advice of the microbiologist, candidate of sciences T.V. Parkhomenko, who, in turn, traveled this path on the recommendation of our wonderful public figure and healer V.P. Lavrova. What is the meaning of the diet that I experienced on myself?

    First of all, this diet is purely plant-based, but with some restrictions. So, for example, sweet berries and fruits (strawberries, bananas, grapes, raisins, figs, etc.) are not consumed.

    Second: all plant foods, including cereals and legumes, are consumed only in their raw form. This means that you have the right to consume any cereal, but pre-soaked, not boiled. Of the items that have undergone heat treatment, only boiled water, green tea and very weak coffee are allowed.

    How is kvass made? First you need to get whey from sour raw milk, and then re-educate this whey in completely unusual circumstances for it: using it to create dough from different types of flour, as well as crushed buckwheat, barley, corn and any other cereals, bran, etc. Of course, you can use only one or two types of flour or ground cereals; of course, you can add warm boiled water, but the task, after mixing it all, is to place it in an enameled dish with a wide bottom, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place. As soon as gas bubbles appear in the cooked mass, the sour milk is ready. A small part of the resulting mixture is left for further dilution and preparation of subsequent portions of kvasha, and most of it is used for eating, pouring various kinds of salads with it, or for drinking, diluting with juices to an arbitrarily liquid consistency.

    What components did my diet consist of during what I thought was a pleasant ordeal? These were almost any vegetables prepared in the form of salads and seasoned with salt, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sunflower oil. These were sauerkraut, onions, garlic, all kinds of greens. These were sour apples, sour berries and sour fruits (cranberries, kiwi), these were all kinds of nuts and seeds. Cereals and grains of wheat, wheat, buckwheat, oatmeal, etc., soaked in water, were excellent. It should be said that my vital activity during the above diet was high, although the weight decreased quite quickly, in other periods, one might even say but this only made me feel better: isn't it much easier to run, say, without a twelve-kilogram backpack on your shoulders? To be honest, I probably can’t even remember that I have ever felt such a light, clean, sonorous state of all my “offal” at any other time.

    How to "go free" after this test? Firstly, you will understand that a raw food diet is so tasty and healthy that you are unlikely to want to get out of this state. But, of course, life forces, and it will be necessary, using new conquests, nevertheless, to some extent, to return to the former omnivorous way of life. It is necessary to gradually introduce bread into the diet - gray or black, of course, in no way completely killed by bakers white. Then raisins and dates will return to your circle of acquaintances; the first thermally processed dish will be fish soup, boiled from the heads and tails of large fish (cod, haddock, sturgeon). It goes without saying that in this ear - an extremely saturated fish broth - there should not be potatoes. After soaking in the fish soup for a week, you can gradually move on to the same, previously familiar food - of course, to the extent of desire, because the one who tasted the sweet will not want the bitter ...

    And to the question of sweets: according to the latest data, refined sugar and foods containing it are a drug even more dangerous and poisonous for literally all body systems than it even seemed before! This is not the place to develop the subject, but I will only say that madmen who aspire to diseases of the internal organs, thinning of bones, hair loss, and the like delights, can, by pleasing their taste buds, achieve this with great success, consuming white sugar as in pure form, and in all its derivatives. True, why don't we feel the same taste pleasures without risk to life and health - eating, for example, honey and sweet fruits and vegetables? For those who seek to resonate with the Universe of these organs (for example, the bone circuit or the fluid circuit formed by the vascular-cardiac system) by bringing their transceiver devices in order, the consumption of white refined sugar is, of course, unnatural and suicidal. .

    This anti-chlamydial, anti-gonococcal, anti-cancer diet has some other aspects associated with it that will need to be not only taken into account, but also taken into account for design. As shown by bimolecular studies conducted with the help of special equipment, including electron microscopes, the three-month diet described above is quite enough to turn all Trichomonas and similar abominations contained in our blood into corpses: under the eyepiece of a microscope one could observe an enchantingly fantastic spectacle of the layers of these ingloriously dead creatures. Their corpses, not yet carried away by our excretory systems, almost covered the entire field of vision with a veil. But! Their vile nature provided an incredibly powerful protection for procreation, namely: yes, the shameless consumers of our nature have died,

    And what is extremely important: after we doused ourselves with cold water, the electrical potential of our skin is negative - exactly the one in which the creatures thrown out of us immediately die. That is why I emphasize again and again: after dousing with cold water, you should not wipe yourself with a towel, because all the vileness will live on its fabric, and then return to you safely when you decide to use this towel again.

    Let's continue our occupation with general meditation with the help of special breathing - solar. Its meaning is the absorption of solar energy by the side of our body that is currently facing the sun.

    I have already had the opportunity to describe in detail the results of such breathing both during haymaking and during runs through the highlands in the Elbrus region. The meaning of these stories boiled down to the message that active meditative work on solar breathing made it possible for a long time to experience the rise of all mental and physical strength, on the one hand, and on the other, to completely avoid erythema burns that would inevitably accompany me under other circumstances. , with prolonged exposure to the rays of the scorching sun. These were episodes of waking solar breathing. And now we will do a meditation on solar breathing with the aim of acquiring proper meditative skills, being in this cozy, closed room.

We throw off heavy backpacks from our overworked shoulders and, as if having received additional lifting traction, we begin a calm, easy run along a barely noticeable path towards the moraines rising beyond the paradise valley. And now we are already running into the foothills going up rather steeply and running along it so that the sun illuminates the entire left half of our body. On each breath, we absorb sunlight with the entire illuminated surface of the body and send it to our working heart, where we dissolve it according to energy breathing number one. After running up the slope for several tens of meters, we turn around abruptly and run in a zigzag this time so that the sun illuminates the right half of our almost naked body, also breathing in the entire surface of the skin exposed to the sun and sending energy to the heart. Thus, advancing at a light run, zigzag by zigzag, higher and higher, we find ourselves already quite high above the level of the magical valley. We stop, turn to face the sun and, taking advantage of the fact that the heart works powerfully and evenly, we do a few solar breaths, absorbing the solar flow with the entire front surface of the body, then we turn to face the mountain and begin to slowly, with strong steps, rise vertically upward in a straight line, absorbing solar energy the entire back of the body.

    I beg you: imagine all this as if your meditative er over the magical valley up into the mountains, and your breathing is carried out in reality ...

    Stop, it's time to go back! Again in zigzags, this time down, but still absorbing the sun's rays with the side of the body facing the sun, we descend gradually and again run out onto the path that led us to the moraines. We run up to a pile of backpacks - none of our climbing companions are anywhere, but we see a widely trodden path that diagonally crosses the magical valley. With a springy, light step, continuing the sunny breath, we run along this road, hearing more and more clearly a roar of unclear origin. And it turns out that this powerfully increasing noise comes from a waterfall. The whole group gathered in front of the abyss, into which the river flowing from the glaciers falls - the fall of the jet by about 700–800 meters down is very impressive! 0 God, what pristine freshness you perceive at this waterfall! But what is it? You see: under the jet flying down, ten meters below the departure, there is a small platform, in front of which all this mass of water flies. Carefully, carefully, observing all the rules of climbing safety, you go down and make your way to this site. 0 God, how beautiful the world is through the flowing stream of the waterfall, what an unusual light falls on you, and most importantly, what an incredible freshness saturates your body, giving rise to completely unknown sensations of the brightness of being before ...

    Your name is: it's time to start climbing. Carefully, carefully, you get out of the platform from under the waterfall to the edge of the cliff, with the greatest calmness and self-control, climb up into the valley, and together with everyone move towards the backpacks. Before you get into your clothes and throw this heavy bag on your shoulders, like an earthly pull, once again turn your whole face, your whole chest to the sun and take a wide long breath, absorbing the sun with your whole skin, feeling how its divine energy fills you.

    Now in our occupation we will move upwards: we can even say that we will ascend to a new qualitative stage in our development. I will ask you to focus your attention: our task will be to learn to focus our attention on the joyful, using for this any of the pretexts that everyday circumstances will offer us. Reasons for focusing on the good, the beautiful - in the name of spiritual and physical health - are scattered everywhere. Our task is to turn everything into a wonderful experience.

    Here are the people: look at these really beautiful, alluring faces of women, feel into the firm masculinity of men, admire the wisdom that elderly people who have lived a long difficult life carry. Smile at the sonorous chirping of children, rejoice at the strength and energy of teenagers, in front of whom is the whole expanse of life that is still almost unknown to them. Look at people more often: in almost every one of them there is charm, in almost every one there is a secret, unique destiny, in which there is something to learn, something to admire. In the book “Three Whales of Health”, I cited a psychological experience as an example: people admired the apple sincerely, wholeheartedly, to the blush on their cheeks, and as a result, a kind of “ping-pong” arose: the energy of the apple, which they admired, increased significantly, but also increased sharply. the potential of those people who did not regret the joy of meeting with the beautiful. But if this is how - mutually - energy growth is carried out with positive emotional contact with an apple, then how much more it is with friendly communication with people! Everyone knows how prettier the girl they love; everyone knows how much healthier babies are in the field of parental grace.

    But before us is nature in all aspects of its beauty and power: we should not leave its perfection only to poets, we will learn to independently absorb the joy from communicating with it, from contemplating it. Truly, no one can say which is more beautiful: an ocean roaring with a 12-point storm with sheaves of lightning continuously sparkling over a heaving abyss, or a calm, majestic sunset over an motionless, hot orange desert; a frosty winter morning in the taiga or July landscapes with a ripening abundance of bread and fruits in the radiant strip of Central Russia - everything is beautiful, everything carries beauty in itself, which we must and can admire, on which we must train our ability to concentrate, renouncing the hustle and bustle " concrete mixers" in your head. But when we rejoice, we live truly, to the fullest extent.

    What about art? The ability to see the beauty of architectural structures, the power and grace of sculptural creations, the harmony of sounds, the symphony of colors, the unbridled talent of the creator of the creature that we turned our gaze to, what joy it gives!

    And do we always need to go far for beauty, travel to overseas countries or travel along the Golden Ring? Yes, everything can be much simpler: let's take a walk through old St. Petersburg, and the proportion of almost every building, and not only in the central part of the city, will take your breath away, from the scope and power of the new districts with their avenues with a width almost equal to the length of some streets of old European cities.

    But we have the opportunity to meditate in a deeper and more original way, even when we come into contact not with the world of beauty, but with the world of ugliness! I mean even the unknown formula “charm, what a disgusting thing!”, addressed, for example, to a toad perfect in its ugliness. Or the surprisingly killer venomous snake with its agility and uncanny speed of striking. Conclusion: I am talking about the fact that the most unpresentable things can be the subject of meditation. Example? Yes, here it is, next to it - cleaning a cluttered apartment. It would seem, is it possible to find any concentrated joy during this dirty work? So, it turns out that it is possible if we begin to identify the elimination of garbage and cleaning the walls of peeling paint with healing processes in our body! We liken it to this transforming apartment, tune in to the parallel in the work being done, really begin to feel how our inner “room” becomes cleaner and louder, how the surface of our body becomes prettier and younger - the skin, like washed windows, begins to shine in a new way. and radiate light to our eyes.

    There is no end to the number of possible examples of this kind. Let's take at least spring field work on our six acres. They can be served as a heavy duty, but you can transfer your love to the earth and bushes, your care for them, saturate them with your field emanations and joyfully feel how our work, our care for the earth in summer and autumn will turn into good shoots and good fruits, which will bring us not only a feeling of satiety, but also deep satisfaction - we will see with our own eyes the results of our work, our invention, our love for all living things, for Mother Earth. And if, during these works, we also feel with our bare feet the power pouring out of it into our body; and if you also expose your skin to the gentle sun and gentle breeze, and if you also learn to feel muscular joy from the full work of your arms, legs, body, then is this not concentration on the feeling of our comprehensive, all-penetrating joy?

    I dare to count on full understanding in this already quite advanced audience, for I will now give an example of meditation that is surprisingly useful, but capable of terrifying the adherents of secular etiquette to the point of loss of consciousness. The Lord is with them, let them skip over this paragraph with their eyes, and at the lecture let them cover their ears. The rest - enter from today and for the rest of your life a strict rule: during emptying, identify the excrement going into the toilet with all negative emotions, with all sorts of troubles that overshadow your life. Liberation from internal dirt, from slags, from misfortunes - it's great! Get rid of them by joyfully meditating in a very visual and concrete way!

    Time moves inexorably, and we still have a lot to do. Let's continue working with the pendulum now, let's master some of the possibilities that are hidden in this indicator of our talent, our connection with the Universe, with the noosphere.

    Write down your homework and see how it should be done. So I take a large, about thirty centimeters, ruler and rest it with one end on the wrist of my left hand, and with the other - on the elbow of the same hand. I take a plumb line, quickly enter a detached state (you can call it a trance, you can call it changed) and ask the question: “What is the upper limit of my pressure?” You understand what is meant by the mark of the mercury column, which balances the pressure in the blood vessels. The pendulum stood approximately in the center of the ruler, and I see how it began to swing, and there were more rulers in one direction. I move it so that the spans of the arc are equilateral, after which I look at the "epicenter" of this movement. I see that the deviation is 12.5-13 centimeters, that is, 125-130 millimeters. I fix the data in my memory, then I ask the following question: “What are the lower limits of my pressure?” Again I move the swinging pendulum to the epicenter of its deviations and note the number: somewhere around 75-80 millimeters.

    I dictate homework: after entering a meditative state, using one of the many methods of concentration of attention already known to you, measure the upper and lower limits of blood pressure in yourself or in your loved ones.

    And one more, also quite difficult, homework: you should, sparing no time for this serious work, think about your life goals and decide what you want to change in terms of your professional advancement, financial situation, in your personal life, in your health. Then place these graphs on a piece of paper, writing down your intentions one above the other in the cut line of the leaflet and line it vertically from top to bottom into 3 columns. Title the left column: “What can I do now”, the central column: “What can I be able to do after completing the courses”, the extreme right column: “What can I achieve as a result of systematic work”.

    Below all the inscriptions, place a ruler 10 centimeters long, or 100 millimeters, or 100 percent of the calculation. After all this, concentrate well and with the help of the pendulum you will receive answers to the questions asked.

    On the question of homework: in the future, you will simply have an urgent need to use every opportunity to independently move further and faster along the path that we have now taken. In the meantime, homework, according to a good school tradition, is seen as a kind of compulsory obligation. The movements of the oars are stately and coordinated; obviously, this is a strip of green forest. We row rhythmically and in harmony with each other, but now we feel that our narrow, light boat gets into the stream, the current, which adds speed to us. We do not resist, we row slightly, saving strength, and our narrow and long boat, like a pirogue, rushes to the shore faster and faster. Yellow sand is already clearly visible, a beach behind which dark firs rise, and maybe pines - it is still unclear. But what can already be made out is a barely audible continuous roar coming from somewhere from the side of the approaching strip of land. The kayak flies towards the shore, and the roar becomes more and more distinct: it already resembles the noise of a heavily loaded train. The current carries us faster and faster, and we see that it is like a river running through the very middle of the lake, and rushes straight to the source of the noise, which grows like an avalanche. "Waterfall!" We understand where it is taking us, and about fifty meters from the roaring failure we begin to sharply tap with the right oars. We are turned to the right, we lean on the oars and with a run, by inertia, we fly in and crash nose into the soft sand. The man jumps into the water up to his knees and pulls the kayak ashore, the girl also comes out, and together they pull her away from the water. It is no longer possible to speak, words can not be heard. You put the oars into the kayak and, holding hands, go towards the waterfall, monstrous in its beauty, which opens before you: fierce, unbridled, beautiful! Wide, rumbling collapse of water. Almost vertical, logs flying in the water are light as matches, and if they touch the protruding rocks, they immediately lose their brown skin. What a rainbow stands over this riot of the elemental forces of nature, what freshness surrounds this gigantic crushing of thousands of tons of water flying down!

    Having inhaled the ionized air, the healing of which cannot even be imagined, having absorbed into ourselves, into our very core, all this phantasmagoric picture crowned with a rainbow, we turn around, approach the boat and, holding hands, calmly and easily begin our run along the lake, at the very edge water. We run light and straight. Of course, our breathing has automatically tuned in to energy breathing number one, and what a variety, what power of all the elements that we see, with which we communicate, we absorb into ourselves! We absorb strength from the cosmic-deep sky, and from the strong and gentle sun, and from clouds frozen in awareness of their power. We pass a light oncoming breeze through ourselves, and all its strength remains in our structure. We absorb the energy of the lake and the hills, and the forest. But suddenly a dark cloud swooped in, and we were slashed by warm slanting rain, but we did not stop for a minute, we only joyfully feel these jets on our heated face and body, we run further ... How long this run lasts, we do not know, only we see with peripheral vision that the sun has already noticeably rolled down to the horizon. We stop, turn towards him, raise our arms outstretched and take a few deep solar breaths, then embrace, stand still, exchanging our fields, turn around and start running in the opposite direction. It is still easy to run, breathing is still the same, we still absorb the world energy spilled around us in nature. Oh, God, how easy and sweet it is to run, what a feeling of fullness of joyful being! Here, far ahead, you can already see, like a small dash in the sand, our kayak. A few minutes - and we, slowing down the run, are approaching her. We throw off our light clothes and rush into the lake, wash off the salty sweat, lie motionless on the water face up, then get out of the water, get dressed, push the boat with our nose into the water, the sailor girl sits forward, the captain pushes off the shore and takes his place on the go. With friendly strokes of the oars, keeping aloof from the current, we direct the boat under the darkening sky across the lake to the opposite shore, over which Venus has already risen bright, even shaggy from the abundance of rays. We swim towards the planet, taking in the promises of its magical energy with each breath ... We are sailing.
