For size 46-48, knit the edge stitch, 1 time from the 7th to the 21st loop, 3 times perform repeat A, 2 purl loops, 3 times perform repeat B, 1 time knit from the 24th to 38th loop, edge;
For size 52-56, knit the edge stitch, perform repeat A 4 times, purl 2 stitches, repeat B 4 times, edge stitch.
