Six years ago, when I discovered Crystalland, I was alone. I took orders, packed rhinestones, and even delivered in Moscow myself. The first courier appeared only after six months of the store's operation.

Do they sell Swarovski crystals in Crystalland?
We get asked this question almost daily. I hasten to upset you a little: Swarovski does not issue certificates for SWAROVSKI ™ components, that is, certificates for rhinestones, beads, pendants, interior crystals, chandelier components, and so on, do not exist in nature. Certificates are issued only for finished products manufactured by Swarovski, i.e. figurines, jewelry, etc. To date, the only proof of the originality of Swarovski crystals is the factory packaging with several degrees of protection.
Of course, the most convincing proof of authenticity is the quality of Swarovski products. A seal on a document can be forged, a certificate can be bought, but it is impossible to imitate the cut and brilliance.
At the moment, our store is an authorized seller, that is, it has the status of SWAROVSKI AUTHORIZED RETAILER, which is confirmed by a certificate.

Basically, we use crystals of article 2058 with a flat bottom of cold fixation, for hard surfaces (fixation to the surface with a two-component adhesive) and hot fixation, for fabric (thermal fixation to fabric using an adhesive already applied directly to the crystals themselves on manufacturer).

Almost any product can be decorated with Swarovski crystals: mobile phones and smartphones, microphones and other musical instruments, cars, both outside and inside, furniture and interiors, gifts and paintings, clothes and shoes, and much more.
Much depends on the surface of the product. Theoretically, any surface can be inlaid, but crystals will not hold well on some products. These surfaces include certain types of plastic, rubber, and rubberized surfaces. For textiles, when using hot-fix crystals, all those fabrics that do not absorb moisture are bologna, some types of leather, leatherette, and so on.
How long does it take to decorate a product with Swarovski crystals?

Is there a guarantee for the work performed and how much?
All work on the inlay of products with Swarovski crystals is guaranteed for one year, during which we undertake to repair and replace all components free of charge, subject to the elementary rules for the operation of products with crystals.
An exception is products that are used in an aggressive environment (the outside of the car, etc.), for these types of work you are provided with a six-month warranty period.
What colors do Swarovski crystals have and are used in the work?
The range of colors of Swarovski crystals is the largest among all manufacturers of rhinestones, it has more than a hundred colors and shades and is constantly increasing. We conduct individual lessons on inlaying with Swarovski crystals on hard surfaces. Training is conducted in our office and, at the request of the customer, can be carried out in one day - 8 hours or two days of 4 hours and combines theoretical and practical training with Swarovski components.
In addition, a set of crystals, tools and two-component glue necessary for work is issued for the training process. Whatever is left after class is at your disposal.

It is enough to see a retailer agreement or a partnership certificate between the seller and Swarovski.
